Arcy is an ad studio for small businesses. It tracks the ads running in your market, generates image and video ads you can edit, checks them against Meta's advertising rules, and publishes to your own ad account — as paused campaigns, so you approve every launch. It also drafts and schedules posts to social accounts you connect.
Using Arcy requires an account. Your brand details, offers, generated ads, saved competitor ads, workflows, and the prompts you type are stored on our servers so your work persists between sessions. You keep ownership of the content you create. We use your data to run and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it.
When you connect a social or ad platform account (via OAuth or a credential you provide), Arcy uses that connection only to publish content you create and explicitly choose to post. Campaigns Arcy creates in a connected ad account are created paused; starting them is your decision. You can disconnect an account at any time, which removes the stored connection.
Generation runs on third-party model providers, listed in the Privacy Policy. What you submit for generation is sent to the provider that serves it and is subject to that provider's own terms. Generated output is a draft: you are responsible for reviewing every ad, claim, price and image before it publishes or spends.
Signing up starts a free 14-day trial with no card and a capped allowance. Paid plans are Starter at $79/month, Pro at $149/month, Agency at $399/month, billed monthly, quarterly or annually; quarterly and annual periods are discounted and collected up front, and credits are granted monthly on every period. A $19full-access trial is offered once, at the end of the free trial, and is credited to your first invoice. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel at any time from Settings, under Billing, which opens Stripe's own portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Refunds are never conditioned on whether you used the product — ask and we will process one.
Generation is metered in credits. Each month's plan credits expire two months after they are granted, and the balance carried forward is capped at two months' allowance; credits are always spent soonest-expiry-first. When a subscription ends, remaining plan credits end with it. Credits bought as a one-time top-up pack (Small (500 credits, $25), Medium (1,200 credits, $55), Large (3,000 credits, $130)) are yours to keep and expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and are not exchangeable.
You agree not to use Arcy to violate the terms of service of any connected platform, to publish unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Arcy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise any advertising result. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it publishes to any connected platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcy and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Arcy after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
